The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden .

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
For orders over 100 €, delivery is free of charge within Germany.
Deliveries abroad :
For deliveries within the EU we charge shipping costs of €9.90 to €14.90, depending on the destination country.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 - 21 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 21 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, we ask for your understanding that the current delivery time can be between 7 and 21 working days.
Do you also ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship our products within Europe and are happy to serve our customers in various European countries.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany:
is free for you for orders over 75 euros. For orders up to 75 euros we charge 4.95 euros shipping costs.
Shipping within the European Union:
For our customers in the European Union we offer attractive shipping costs starting from €6.99. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process based on your location and the order value.
How can I track my order?
Once your shipment has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and all other information, including a link to track your order.
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your shipment to be tracked.

How do I get a return label?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a return label, so you will have to write the address on your package yourself.

How much are the return costs?
Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and reason for return. We recommend using a tracked shipment method from a trusted shipping provider to ensure your return arrives safely. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
